You don't have to renovate your home or build from the ground up to start implementing healthy living practices. It starts with awareness, education, and making changes step by step at a pace that works for you.
From a young age, I was curious about what aspects of a space make one uncomfortable and even cause health issues while another can have uplifting and positive health effects?
Many of us have experienced the anxiety that can come with a cluttered space. Imagine your work desk piled high with papers, to-do lists, meeting notes, cards, scribbles to self, receipts, decorative knick knacks, etc. You may have noticed the messier it gets, the harder it is to focus. Productivity often goes down and feeling overwhelmed and uneasy goes up. The messiness of the surface can translate into feeling messy with the work at hand and can even spread into non-work related arenas. If you have ever done a clean out - tidy up, you may know just how effective it can be to alleviate or completely eradicate the stressed feelings. It not only makes you feel accomplished with tacking one space, it can make you feel more relaxed and in control about work. It can be contagious and make you want to move on to other spaces and areas of life.
It can be as easy as switching out a few products, doing a clean and tidy session, and/or making a few changes in daily actions. Depending on what needs most attention, it could take only seconds to start your transformation. Do it for yourself! You deserve a healthy, balanced life with spaces around you that are comfortable, support your health and wellbeing, and fit you and your style.
I believe there is power in changing your life by purging your home of clutter and refreshing it through color, light and organization. That is why I have started this blog and why I started Clean Clarity to help clients revitalize their office or home.
Now is the time to let go of all those things weighing you down and distracting you from living less burdened. Hopefully, you will feel like I and so many of the people I have helped do after a few changes. The end goal is a balanced, joyful, healthy life.
